Responsibilities:


Welcome customers in a courteous and respectful manner.

Answer in a timely manner to all clients requests for information, offers, car specification, new releases and usage.

Proactively recommend features needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability.

Assist customers with advice in the choice of car colors, type of car, and exhibit the wide range of design and additional options.

Prepare clients file to be sent to the bank for credit facilities.

Closely liaise and coordinate with Back-office to book and order car from warehouse.

Ensure filling sales application by executing all needed information (i.e. client name, registration #, address, account #, details of payment, insurance, etc.) and send it to accounting department.

Ensure providing client the car with yellow card and get his/her signature.

Handles customers' objections.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements:

BA in Business Administration or Marketing,

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales

Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
