Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and consult with customers before vehicle purchase to assess their expectations and concerns.
- Identify minor vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs or enhancements prior to delivery.
- Convince and guide customers on the benefits of fixing minor issues before purchase to ensure a better ownership experience.
- Promote and upsell Kavak Plus packages, extended warranties, and service packages.
- Clearly explain product offerings, pricing, and value propositions to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop and technical teams to ensure timely completion of agreed repairs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and conversion of upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and conversions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets related to upgrades and service packages.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and common concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical certification preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
- Valid driveru2019s licence with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Experience with specific automotive brands or service platforms is an advantage.
