Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle full vehicle inspection, diagnostics, and repair processes from start to finish Receive customers, understand their concerns, and provide clear technical explanations Prepare accurate quotations and repair plans Perform hands-on repair work while also guiding and supporting technicians Assign tasks and supervise technicians to ensure work quality Manage daily workshop operations and workflow efficiently Use diagnostic tools and scanners to identify faults Ensure all work is completed on time and meets quality standards Test vehicles after repair and ensure customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in complete automotive diagnostics and repair Strong hands-on skills with the ability to work independently Experience in handling customers and explaining technical issues Ability to lead technicians while actively participating in the work Familiar with diagnostic tools, scanners, and automotive systems Ability to read and understand technical manuals and wiring diagrams Basic to good English (especially for technical understanding) Familiar with platforms like AllData or similar systems GCC experience is a plus Candidates from CIS countries are preferred
