AV Engineer ( Audio/Video) Danube properties

We are actively seeking a Senior Audio Video & IT Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a key position for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in managing corporate-grade audio-visual systems and providing IT support

Audio-Visual Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup, configuration, and maintenance of all Audio Video systems including projectors, Large LED displays, video walls, digital signage, control systems (Crestron preferred), microphones, amplifiers, mixers, and speakers.

• Provide on-site technical support during executive meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring a professional and uninterrupted experience.

• Maintain and optimize video conferencing systems (e.g., Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex).

• Evaluate and implement new Audio Video solutions, automation systems, and smart meeting room technology.

• Maintain a well-documented inventory and perform routine checks and preventive maintenance.

• Liaise with external vendors for procurement, service, or upgrades as needed.

IT & Network Support:

• Provide first-level support for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals (Windows and MAC - based).

• Troubleshoot and maintain wired and wireless network connectivity (basic knowledge of DHCP, IP assignment, VLANs, and network switches).

• Monitor and resolve issues related to Wi-Fi coverage, signal quality, and client connectivity.

• Assist in managing IP-based Audio Video systems and ensure they are integrated securely within the office network.

• Work closely with the IT department for escalations, improvements, and security compliance.
