Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The AV (Audio-Visual) Presale Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the sales team during the pre-sales phase of AV projects. This includes understanding client requirements, designing customized AV solutions, preparing technical documentation, and presenting solutions to customers. The role requires a strong technical background in AV systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external clients
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and project requirements.
Design AV systems and solutions including video conferencing, sound systems, control systems, and display technologies.
Support the sales process with technical presentations and demonstrations.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure solution compatibility and cost-effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management, sales.
Proven experience in AV systems design and integration.
Resilience and adaptability to handle challenges.
Valid UAE Driving License is essential
