Roles & Responsibilities
AV Sales Engineer
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to drive our AV & UCC solutions in Dubai. You will manage client engagement, prepare proposals, and develop new business opportunities with leading brands such as Microsoft, Zoom, Logitech, Poly, and more. If you have strong technical understanding and a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you.
Desired Candidate Profile
� Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and visits. Learn and understand our IT hardware product range (AV equipment, servers, networking devices, etc.)
- Assist Senior Sales Executives in preparing quotations and proposals.
- Responsible for the end to end business development management process, Validating prospects, initiating contact and meeting with end customers, coordinating for Proof of concept (POC) with pre-sales, creating commercial and technical proposal, closing and following up with order management post closure.
- Responsible for the partner alliance and formulating a strategy for market development in the key growth segments in the region for UCC portfolio.
- Managing the end customer key accounts and also hunting the new logos for the company.
- Identifying and qualifying leads and developing them into high-value opportunities with a major focus on Microsoft and Zoom solutions platform.
- Managing customer presentations and proposals.
- Experience in handling complex sales pitch, presentation, value propositions, bid management and Pricing.
- Consistently communicating and brainstorming with the extended team around all aspects of account and opportunity development, providing customer feedback and market dynamics for the successful implementation of business.
- Taking the core role in the closing process including negotiations and procurement activities.
- Excellent working relationship with the Microsoft and Zoom certified device partners like
- Logitech, Poly, Yealink, Jabra, Barco, Clearone, Nureva etc. Updated with the latest products and technologies the manufacturers are bringing in the positioning it to the customers.
- Present at weekly and monthly sales team and wider company meetings the progress of your pipeline and initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AV sector and provide ideas to management that drive revenue growth and innovation.
- Represent Tec mind Solutions professionally at industry events and other relevant gatherings.
- Accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly cadence and ensure continuous CRM update to reflect the state of your business activities.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelors in Computer Application(Computers)/ Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers)/Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)
- Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
- Possess good communication and presentation skills
- UAE driving license is a plus
