Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the execution of approximately 15-20 financing transactions annually.
  • Work closely with front office teams to develop high quality transaction proposals and credit applications.
  • Engage directly with clients to collect information, clarify structures, and coordinate documentation requirements.
  • Manage transaction timelines across product teams, legal, credit, and operations functions.
  • Assist senior bankers and legal counsel in negotiating key commercial terms within financial documentation.
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis and support the credit approval process.
  • Coordinate with regional and international offices on cross border transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, risk policies, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience executing corporate finance transactions within a major financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of loans, derivatives, trade finance, risk solutions, or M&A related products.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with client facing experience and ability to work with external legal counsel.
  • Solid grounding in corporate finance theory, credit analysis, and transaction documentation.
  • Financial modelling capabilities and sector familiarity (e.g., energy, utilities, TMT, consumer sectors) are desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
