Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to grow exhibition revenue
- Manage the full partnership cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Create pricing strategies and tailored sponsorship or exhibition packages
- Meet and exceed revenue targets for new and existing events
- Identify high-potential prospects through research, referrals, and inbound leads
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to drive new business
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and partnerships
- Build long-term client relationships to support retention and upselling
- Understand client needs and align event solutions to their objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams
- Contribute to event development, pricing, formats, and positioning
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide partnership reports and forecasts
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Bring a hands-on, agile approach to building startup-stage exhibitions
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 years B2B partnership experience
Proven success in exhibition or sponsorship sales
Experience working on startup or early-stage events
Strong pricing and commercial package development skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
Confident cold caller with strong outbound sales drive
Self-starter with high initiative and accountability
CRM proficiency such as Salesforce or HubSpot
