Roles & Responsibilities

What you will be doing?

  • Drive growth by acquiring B2B clients through strategic outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by deeply understanding their needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
  • Own the full client journey, from lead generation and engagement to closing and successful onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with HR leaders and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience and service delivery.
  • Track and manage pipeline performance, leveraging CRM tools and data insights to optimize results.
  • Translate market feedback into actionable insights to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to shaping Amanleek’s growth strategy through on-ground market intelligence and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into strategic solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders .
  • Experience using CRM tools and working with data to manage pipelines and performance .
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Desired Candidate Profile
