B2B Sales Director | MAF LifeStyle | Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
The B2B Sales Director will spearhead the strategic direction and growth of the B2B business, leading the team to achieve ambitious sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. This role will identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, drive improvements in sales performance, and optimize the product and service portfolio to enhance revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction, positioning the company as a preferred partner in the B2B market.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead the B2B Department, setting the vision and strategic direction to achieve long-term growth across corporate, commercial, and institutional sectors.
- Lead the development and execution of B2B sales strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and client retention.

- Drive overall sales performance, ensuring profitability growth in line with established margins and strategic objectives.
- Oversee cost management, competitive positioning, and supply-demand dynamics to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
- Lead forecasting and analysis of sales volumes and profit potential for both existing and new products to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive major project execution, including large-scale commercial, residential, and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, partnering closely to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s degree in business management or a relevant field.
- 10+ years experience in a similar role in Home Retail or Hospitality.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales and Marketing techniques and best practices.
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Home retail operations and hospitality expertise are a must.
