Roles & Responsibilities

A B2B Tele Sales Executive sells products and services to other businesses over the phone, focusing on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, understanding needs, and closing sales. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, managing customer data in CRM systems, achieving monthly targets, and providing excellent customer service to foster strong business relationships. Essential skills for this role are strong communication, rapport-building, negotiation, and a confident, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude.

· Lead Generation: Finding and qualifying potential business clients for the company's products or services.

· Sales Closing: Using persuasive communication to convert leads into paying customers and achieving monthly sales targets.

· Customer Relationship Management :Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients through consistent follow-up and excellent service.

· Product/Service Promotion :Informing potential customers about products and services and answering their queries effectively.

· Data Management :Accurately entering and updating customer information and sales records in a database or CRM system.
