Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative and operational management:
- Enter, control and validate operations in internal systems.
- Ensure the follow-up of customer (or supplier) files until their closure.
- Manage document flows: reception, verification, archiving and classification.
- Write and update activity or monitoring reports.
Support for sales or front office teams:
- Provide necessary information to customer-facing teams.
- Ensure data transmission between different services.
- Participate in improving internal processes to streamline exchanges.
Control and conformity:
- Apply internal procedures and compliance rules
- Contribute to the implementation of second-level controls.
- Participate in regulatory monitoring and compliance with processing deadlines.
Comp tences techniques :
- My experience with office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of management software
Behavioral skills:
- Rigor, organization and attention to detail.
- Analytical and synthetic mind.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a team and manage several files in parallel.
