Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative and operational management:

  • Enter, control and validate operations in internal systems.
  • Ensure the follow-up of customer (or supplier) files until their closure.
  • Manage document flows: reception, verification, archiving and classification.
  • Write and update activity or monitoring reports.

Support for sales or front office teams:

  • Provide necessary information to customer-facing teams.
  • Ensure data transmission between different services.
  • Participate in improving internal processes to streamline exchanges.

Control and conformity:

  • Apply internal procedures and compliance rules
  • Contribute to the implementation of second-level controls.
  • Participate in regulatory monitoring and compliance with processing deadlines.

Comp tences techniques :

  • My experience with office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good knowledge of management software

Behavioral skills:

  • Rigor, organization and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and synthetic mind.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
