Back End Developer Odoo Implementation

We are looking for an experienced Back End Developer with strong expertise in Odoo implementation and customization. This role requires solid programming knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver efficient ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules to meet client requirements.
  
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Python and related technologies.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.
  
• Manage databases and ensure data integrity (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Proven experience in Odoo ERP development and customization.
  
• Strong skills in Python and back-end frameworks.
