Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze, advise, and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical solutions implemented.
- Ensure code quality, perform tests for all developed functionalities, and guarantee their quality.
- Identify risks and seize opportunities related to one's area of expertise, communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders in the project, and recommend action plans.
- Participate in the development and revision of standards/technical documentation within the framework of the project
- Taking responsibility for research and development projects and consulting missions
- Stay informed about technologies in your area of expertise and propose new technical directions in line with the latest developments.
- Facilitating internal and external training sessions
- to be a technical expert on one or more technologies
- Manage reporting and dashboards
Desired Candidate Profile
Exp rience & formation :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science (engineering school or equivalent)
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Java development, with a role as a technical expert or reference on a technology
Comp tences techniques :
- Excellent Java mastery (8/11/17)
- Frameworks : Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
- REST API and backend application development
- ORM : Hibernate / JPA
- Very good mastery of:

- Unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito)
- p>Qualit du code (Clean Code, SOLID, design patterns)
- Code review and best practices
- Tools & Environments:
- p>Git, Maven/Gradle
- p>CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps )
- Knowledge of:
- Application architecture and microservices

- p>Performance et optimisation
- Log management and monitoring
Functional and transversal skills :
- Capacity:
- Analyze existing solutions and propose technical improvements
- Identify technical risks and recommend action plans

- Continuous technological monitoring and proposals for technical directions
