Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

** Setup & Operation**: Prepare machinery for production runs, load raw materials, and operate equipment according to specifications. ** Monitoring & Quality**: Oversee machine performance, inspect products for defects, make adjustments, and conduct quality checks. ** Maintenance**: Perform basic cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs; report major issues to technicians. ** Safety & Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. ** Documentation**: Record production data, log machine activity, and report performance to supervisors. ** Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve operational problems to maintain output and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints or work orders. Strong problem-solving skills for quick decision-making. Teamwork and self-motivation. Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, rulers). May require special certifications for specific machinery.

Valid UAE Driving Lisence.
