Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor end-to-end mishandled baggage activities across all flyadeal stations from HQ to ensure adherence to defined timelines and service standards.
• Act as the central point of coordination between all stakeholders to drive faster closure of baggage cases.
• Proactively identify delays, bottlenecks, and non-compliance in baggage case handling and escalate issues to concerned stakeholders for immediate corrective action.
• Track baggage case aging and closure performance by station, ensure timely follow-ups and accountability to reduce overall case closure time.
• Provide operational guidance and support to stations on baggage management system usage, case management best practices, and closure efficiency.
• Coordinate with stations to ensure consistent application of baggage policies, procedures, and service recovery standards across the network.
• Prepare and present periodic performance dashboards and KPI reports to management highlighting case closure timelines, outstanding cases, and station performance.
• Support audits, internal reviews, and investigations related to baggage handling and case management as required.
• Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures related to baggage services and WorldTracer case management.
• Analyse performance data and trends to recommend process improvements aimed at reducing mishandled baggage incidents and closure timelines.
