To be fully informed of arrivals and departures each day

To warmly welcome the customer with a smile upon their arrival at the hotel and contribute, through a warm and personalized relationship, to customer loyalty

Carry the client's luggage courteously from their arrival at the main entrance to their room, and ensure proper luggage management in case of large client arrivals.

Unload customers' luggage upon their departure and ensure that it is either looked after or loaded into the vehicle providing their transport

Knowing how to recognize regular customers and respond to all their requests

Check the rooms upon delivery of luggage

Inform customers about the operation of the facilities offered (television, air conditioning, telephone, etc.) and ensure that any problems observed are reported to the relevant departments.

Inform the Security Department of any suspicious presence (object or person) or abnormal situation in the lobby or on the floors

Qualifications

Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within a Guest Services department in a 4 or 5-star hotel preferred

Fluency in French and English is essential.

Passion for customer service, team spirit, problem-solving 

Excellent communication skills, attentiveness, and respect for the client's request.
