Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery items.
  • Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of bakery products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section.
  • Manage ingredient storage, inventory, and stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team for special bakery orders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in bakeries or bakery sections of hotels/restaurants.
  • Good English communication skills.
