Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and mix core baking ingredients in accordance with approved recipes and standards to ensure product quality.
Monitor fermentation and baking processes, and precisely adjust quantities and weights to achieve optimal results.
Operate and utilize bakery equipment and tools in a correct and safe manner.
Adhere to daily production schedules, minimize waste, and maintain product quality.
Comply with work instructions and procedures, and submit periodic reports to the direct supervisor as required.
Maintain general and personal hygiene, and adhere to health and safety standards as well as the company's approved uniform policy.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of two years of practical experience in the baking industry or in the preparation of baked goods.
Good knowledge of fermentation and baking processes, as well as ingredient measurement and weighing.
The ability to efficiently operate bakery equipment and tools.
Adherence to quality standards, food safety regulations, and public health guidelines.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle work under pressure.
Good time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
