Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Ball Mill Operator

✅ Operate and monitor Ball Mill machinery to grind [Sand].
✅ Adjust feed rates to maintain product quality.
✅ Monitor control panels (HMI) and gauges to ensure smooth operation.
✅ Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance of the mill.
✅ Troubleshoot operational issues and report mechanical faults immediately.
✅ Ensuring that all manufactured products meet the company quality specification.
✅ Maintain accurate daily production logs and shift reports.

Desired Candidate Profile


Requirements: Ball Mill Operator

� Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years of experience as a Ball Mill Operator or in a similar processing plant role.
� Technical Skills: Strong understanding of grinding circuits and particle size control.
� Safety: Knowledge of industrial safety standards and PPE.
� Physicality: Ability to work in a plant environment, stand for long periods, and lift moderate weights.
� Education: High School Diploma or ITI/Technical certification is preferred.
