Roles & Responsibilities
The Role:The successful candidate will work across a broad range of conventional and Islamic banking and finance matters, including:
- Syndicated and bilateral corporate lending transactions
- Event-driven financings
- Islamic finance (including Shari ah-compliant structures)
- Real estate finance
- Project finance
- Acquisition finance
- Restructuring and refinancing matters

Islamic finance experience to any extent is highly desirable.
