Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage VAS vendor partnerships

  • Drive revenue growth through financial service partnerships and client activation

  • Negotiate commercials, pricing structures, and partnership agreements

  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, finance, and product

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for VAS offerings

  • Monitor revenue performance, margins, and client adoption metrics

  • Maintain accurate tracking of vendor pipelines, activations, and renewals

  • Ensure operational accuracy in contracts, pricing, and commercial documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or VAS-related roles

  • Experience working with financial products such as banking, payments, payroll, lending, insurance, or related services

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

  • Understanding of pricing models, margins, and revenue generation

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional coordination

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and execution capability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services

  • Prior exposure to vendor management or strategic partnerships

  • Experience handling revenue targets or commercial ownership
