Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Banking Operations Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance to banking clients on operational efficiency, process improvement, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

2. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

3. Provide expertise on banking operations, including payments, treasury, and trade finance.

4. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

5. Collaborate with clients to design and implement operational solutions.

6. Develop and deliver training programs for banking operations staff.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in banking operations, consulting, or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of banking operations, including payments, treasury, and trade finance.

3. Proven track record of process improvement and operational efficiency.

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
