Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Department: Central Operations Cards Center & Risk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations within the Cards Center, including processing card-related requests and transactions.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing risk-related activities to ensure compliance with bank policies.
  • Review and verify customer data and transactions for accuracy.
  • Handle internal system updates and maintain proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with different departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of banking operations or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate (0 2 years of experience).
