Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Department: Central Operations Cards Center & Risk
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations within the Cards Center, including processing card-related requests and transactions.
- Assist in monitoring and managing risk-related activities to ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Review and verify customer data and transactions for accuracy.
- Handle internal system updates and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of banking operations or financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate (0 2 years of experience).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (English Section) or any relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, etc.).
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
