Roles & Responsibilities
A leading international firm is looking to hire an Associate into its Dubai finance & capital markets team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of cross-border transactions, including:
Aircraft financeIslamic financeStructured financeBanking & DCM workConventional and Shariah-compliant financingsSecuritisations & debt offerings
You ll work on high-profile matters across the Middle East, Europe, and North America, including advising on aircraft financings for regional carriers and leasing companies.
The firm is interested in banking lawyer with Legal 500 law firm experience interested in the sector already in the region, or coming from the UK, Ireland, Off Shore jurisdictions etc. Offshore law firm experience is not prerequisite.

Desired Candidate Profile
Banking & Finance Associate Solicitor 5 to 9 PQE + - Off Shore Law Firm - Dubaibr>The firm is interested in banking lawyer with Legal 500 law firm experience interested in the sector already in the region, or coming from the UK, Ireland, Off Shore jurisdictions etc. Offshore law firm experience is not prerequisite.
