Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Bar Back is responsible for providing support to Bartenders.
- Keep Bartenders supplied with beverage, ice and mixers as well as clean glassware
- Assist with bottle service and bussing
- Ensure that the inventory of the drinks at the bar is well stocked
- Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products
- Set up or restock product displays
- Efficiently and consistently restock Bartender serving stations with beverage, ice, fruits, straws and napkins as necessary for Bartender s use
- Follows standards for merchandising, stock rotation and sorting of all products, maintaining professional presentation at all times
- Consistently collect, wash and sanitize and restock all glass and barware for repeated Bartender use
- Manage closing duties, including cleaning entire bar and back area
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
