Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional hospitality and maintain brand standards.
  • Curate innovative cocktail menus and seasonal beverage offerings that reflect Tapasake s concept.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across spirits, wines, and sake, and support the team in upselling premium beverages.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and marketing teams on promotions, events, and activations.
  • Handle VIP guests with professionalism and discretion, ensuring memorable experiences.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Uphold Tapasake s brand standards through quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
