We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at InterContinental Red Sea Resort. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and guest experience standards. The ideal candidate brings creativity, consistency, and exceptional team leadership to deliver world-class bar service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory, and service standards.
• Develop and implement innovative beverage menus that reflect our brand identity.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control procedures in compliance with IHG standards.
• Train and mentor bar staff to uphold excellent product knowledge and service delivery.
• Collaborate with F&B management to plan promotions, activations, and guest experiences.
• Monitor bar cost, wastage, and inventory with accurate reporting and controls.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Previous island or resort experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
