Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert haircuts and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Master various cutting techniques, including fades, shaves, and texturing, to deliver on-trend styles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards to promote a welcoming environment.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and recommend appropriate styling and care products.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Completion of a state-approved barbering program or equivalent training with a strong foundation in cutting techniques.
- Active barbering license with a record of compliance with local regulations and health standards.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a barbershop or salon setting, showcasing a diverse portfolio of styles.
- Bilingual candidates preferred, with proficiency in English and a second language to cater to a diverse clientele.
