Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master the art of Arabic hair styling, ensuring precision cuts and styles that cater to diverse preferences.
  • Provide expert beard grooming services, including trimming, shaping, and detailing, using traditional and modern techniques.
  • Offer personalized consultations to clients, understanding their style goals and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict hygiene standards and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Proficiently use clippers, scissors, razors, and other barbering tools to achieve desired haircuts and styles.
  • Manage appointment schedules, handle client inquiries, and provide excellent customer service in both Arabic and English.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques, continuously enhancing skills through training and practice.
  • Upsell grooming products and services, recommending appropriate items to clients based on their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
  • Handle cash transactions, manage payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all services provided.
