Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality matcha beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and representing the Sonder Matcha brand in a professional and welcoming manner during events. Previous experience as a barista is preferred, especially with matcha or specialty beverages, but training can be provided for the right candidate who is eager to learn. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and reliability are essential.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Part-Time Matcha Barista to join our team for events and pop-ups in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in matcha, understands proper preparation techniques, and enjoys working in fast-paced event settings.
