Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft exceptional coffee beverages using high-quality beans and precise brewing methods, ensuring each cup meets our high standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers to provide personalized service, accurately taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and managing the cash register responsibly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or food service is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of barista experience or relevant customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Barista certification or training in specialty coffee preparation is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles to provide customers with expert guidance.
