Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Craft exceptional espresso-based beverages, mastering latte art and ensuring consistent quality in every cup.
• Expertly operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders, troubleshooting minor issues and ensuring optimal performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Manage cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems, processing transactions efficiently and maintaining accurate records.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic food safety certification.
• Prior barista experience in a fast-paced cafe environment (1+ years).
• Proficiency in operating espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems.
