Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using professional espresso machines.
Prepare hot and cold drinks such as Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, Americano, Mocha, and other specialty beverages.
Present beverages with high quality and attention to detail, including Latte Art.
Take customer orders and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner that reflects a positive image of the establishment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and all equipment at all times.
Ensure the proper use and routine maintenance of coffee preparation equipment.
Comply with health and food safety standards.
Monitor coffee and beverage stock levels and inform management when supplies need replenishment.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure fast and efficient service during busy hours.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience working as a Barista in cafés or restaurants.
Good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and preparation techniques.
Skilled in using professional espresso machines and coffee grinders.
Ability to prepare beverages quickly and accurately while maintaining quality.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
Ability to work well in a team and handle work pressure.
Age must not exceed 35 years.
