Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Crafting high-quality coffee beverages by mastering espresso extraction and steaming techniques, ensuring every cup meets our standards.
  • Engaging with customers to provide personalized service, recommending beverages based on their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Managing inventory by tracking stock levels and assisting with orders to ensure we never run out of essential ingredients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing techniques.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced café or coffee shop environment preferred, showcasing familiarity with espresso machines.
  • Barista certification or completion of a recognized coffee training program is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus to engage with a diverse customer base.
