Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Welcome clients and members, take and prepare beverage and snack orders, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience in line with A+ Sculpt s premium standards.
• Product Knowledge: Master our menu, including smoothies, protein shakes, coffee, teas and healthy snacks and educate clients on nutritional benefits and ingredients.
• Sales & Upselling: Promote signature items, limited-time offerings, and recovery drinks after classes or workouts to increase sales and enhance the wellness journey.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, track usage, place supply orders, and ensure the caf is fully stocked at all times.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Oversee caf cleanliness, follow hygiene and safety regulations, and ensure that all food and beverage preparation areas meet health standards.
• Cash Handling: Manage point-of-sale ( POS ) transactions, handle cash accurately, and balance daily sales reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the reception, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination between the gym and caf .
• Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency with A+ Sculpt s brand image through presentation, communication, and client interaction.
• Events & Activations: Support special events, launches, and social gatherings by preparing drinks and catering as required.
