Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages to the highest standards.
• Provide personalized and engaging guest service, ensuring an exceptional bar experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area.
• Create and recommend signature drinks in line with the hotel s concept and guest preferences.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain proper cash and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with the F&B and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or luxury bar.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
• Attention to detail with a professional and polished appearance.
• Certification in bartending or beverage service is an advantage.
