Join the dynamic pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, where luxury meets sustainability and innovation. As a Bartender, you will be a key contributor to our beverage program, crafting memorable experiences through expertly prepared drinks and engaging service across our signature outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including classic cocktails, original creations, and non-alcoholic options.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Ensure consistency in presentation, quality, and taste of all drinks served.
• Support and guide junior bar staff in upholding Four Seasons standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate orders to maintain stock and control costs.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create seasonal pairings and signature experiences.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 2 3 years of bartending or mixology experience in luxury hospitality or upscale dining environments.
• Passion for beverage craftsmanship and strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and current mixology trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Certification in mixology or beverage service is a plus.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
