As a BCG Platinion Africa Recruiting (Senior) Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting activities for BCG Platinion in Africa. You will play an important role in identifying, attracting and engaging top talent, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate journey. In collaboration with Platinion Africa leadership you will operationalize sourcing, screening, relationship building, and offer management, delivering hiring processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain high quality standards, providing positive experience for candidates and key stakeholders at every stage of the recruitment process.

Your tasks will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing through the offer stage, while ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
• Elaborate sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including direct outreach, referrals, career website and events; coordinating with external agencies as needed.
• Partnering with hiring managers and consulting teams to understand role requirements and candidate profiles, establishing yourself as a trusted partner and point of contact.
• Coordinating a smooth interview and onboarding process for candidates, acting as a local contact for guidance and queries.
• Maintaining accurate recruiting data and reports, providing visibility to stakeholders and supporting informed decision-making.
• Contributing to employer branding initiatives, promoting BCG Platinion in the talent market; leading campus management activities by organizing events to promote Platinion among students.
• Driving projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes, demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, and openness to new tools and trends.
