Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
  • Transform raw data from various sources into meaningful insights by applying effective data modeling techniques.
  • Implement data visualization best practices to ensure clarity and engagement in reports, making complex data accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support business objectives.
  • Optimize Power BI performance by fine-tuning DAX queries and employing efficient data refresh strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Power BI processes, data sources, and reports for future reference and training.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to ensure a strong technical foundation.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and data visualization to demonstrate proficiency and depth of knowledge.
  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification is preferred to validate expertise in Power BI and data analysis.
  • Experience in working with SQL databases and data extraction techniques to ensure effective data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud data solutions to integrate Power BI with modern data architectures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
