Roles & Responsibilities
- Navigate urban environments efficiently, using knowledge of shortcuts and traffic patterns to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle and transport sensitive documents and packages with the utmost care and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with clients and dispatchers to confirm delivery details and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients and the general public during deliveries.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of urban geography and navigation.
Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a fast-paced delivery or courier role preferred.
Valid driver's license or cycling certification, showcasing commitment to safe riding practices.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
Mandatory to have a UAE valid bike license
