Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business partners, and high-profile clients across the Arabic-speaking world.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, with a focus on cross-cultural understanding and effective Arabic communication.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends within the Arabic-speaking market, providing actionable insights for business development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field; a strong academic foundation is crucial.
  • Holds relevant professional certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
  • Demonstrates 10+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role within the finance, banking, or related industry, with proven success in the MENA region.
