� Ensure compliance with company policies, BIM standards, and regulations � Understand design requirements before starting modelling work � Use Revit, CAD, and Navisworks for accurate, error-free modelling � Create Revit families and CAD blocks � Assemble composite design models for coordination meetings � Produce Navisworks clash detection reports � Coordinate with other disciplines for cohesive design � Review and integrate BIM models from other teams � Maintain confidentiality of all designs � Provide guidance and training to junior BIM Modelers � Ensure models meet agreed LOD at each project stage � Extract drawings/schedules for client submission � Archive models/drawings per company policy
