Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate façade BIM models with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines. Perform clash detection using Navisworks and prepare coordination reports. Develop and review façade shop drawings and detailed models. Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and specifications. Conduct coordination meetings with consultants and contractors. Support site team with technical clarifications related to façade works.

Desired Candidate Profile

5–10 years of façade BIM coordination experience. Strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, aluminum, and cladding systems. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360. Good communication and coordination skills. Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or related field.
