Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the BIM strategy across architectural projects, ensuring alignment with ISO 19650 standards and best practices.

  • Mentor and manage a team of BIM specialists and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

  • Oversee development, management, and optimization of Revit models for complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

  • Ensure interdisciplinary coordination through federated models, clash detection, and model health audits using tools like Navisworks or BIMcollab.

  • Drive adoption of parametric and computational design workflows using Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper, enhancing efficiency and design innovation.

  • Collaborate with visualization teams to integrate BIM data into real-time rendering tools (Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion) and AI-assisted design platforms.

  • Standardize and enforce BIM protocols, templates, libraries, and naming conventions across all projects.

  • Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure accurate documentation, version control, and traceability.

  • Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies and drive continuous improvement in BIM processes and workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of professional BIM experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/leadership role.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on complex projects.

  • Advanced knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo; familiarity with AI-assisted design and real-time visualization tools is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards, BIM execution planning, and cross-disciplinary coordination.

  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management skills, with the ability to influence project delivery and organizational BIM strategy.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
