Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Interior).

  • Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and standards.

  • Experience with Navisworks for clash detection is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM documentation.

  • Ability to create detailed 3D BIM models, drawings, schedules, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in BIM modelling for Architectural or Interior Design projects.

  • Experience working on UAE or international projects is preferred.

  • Familiarity with LOD standards, BIM execution plans, and model coordination.
    Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Good time management and ability to meet project deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.


Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge of UAE building standards and regulations is an advantage.

  • Ability to participate in clash detection and BIM coordination meetings.

  • Commitment to maintaining model quality and project standards.
