Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and update as-built models for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Review and verify mechanical equipment schedules and technical data.
Prepare post-operation diagrams and documentation for equipment and system performance.
Support BIM modeling, coordination, and drawing production as required.
Participate in engineering activities including submittals, technical reviews, and commissioning support.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency between design, site conditions, and documentation.
Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues during project execution and close-out stages.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3 5 years of relevant experience in BIM and mechanical engineering.
Practical experience in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Proficiency in Revit.
Familiarity with engineering processes such as submittals and commissioning.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
