Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and manage detailed 3D models utilizing BIM software like Revit or ArchiCAD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design changes and resolve conflicts in the model.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and project workflows to optimize collaboration and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation in design principles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, showcasing a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, demonstrating technical expertise.
  • Certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are highly desirable, validating skills and commitment to professional development.
