Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Model Development:
  • Create and update detailed 3D models using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
  • Ensure models accurately reflect design requirements, specifications, and project goals.
• Collaboration with Teams:
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to incorporate inputs into BIM models.
  • Resolve technical challenges and provide solutions to improve project efficiency.
• Drawing and Documentation:
  • Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D BIM models as needed.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, well-organized, and meet project deadlines.
• Standards and Compliance:
  • Adhere to company BIM standards and workflows throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure models and documentation comply with local regulations and international standards, such as ISO 19650.
• Quality Control:
  • Review and validate BIM models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between different project elements.
• Data Integration:
  • Integrate BIM models with other project management tools and databases as required.
  • Maintain proper data management protocols to ensure the integrity of BIM datasets.
• Technology Utilization:
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM tools, features, and best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Implement innovative techniques to improve modeling accuracy and efficiency.
• Reporting and Updates:
  • Prepare regular updates on model progress, challenges, and recommendations for the project team.
  • Document workflows and contribute to lessons learned for future projects.
