Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Prepares and detail Revit Families and models.
- Prepares Revit and Cad Design as built and Shop Drawings
- Comply with BIM execution Plan.
- Comply with drafting coordinator or designer's guidelines and Project's specification.
- Verifies and understands information and sketches prior to starting drawings.
- Prepares preliminary drawings for the Business Development and Estimation department.
- Attends to the instructions for drafting work by the Engineering Manager.
- Assists in the checking of compatibility between the architectural, civil, MEP, and steel/cladding drawings and designs (both in-house and third party).
- Checks drawings of subcontractors (including MEP and Steel) and coordinates with them to issue error-free drawings.
- Ensures only Issued for Construction drawings are sent to the Construction department.
- Files finished drawings (electronically on the server as well as hard copies in the hanger) as per the Engineering department policy.
- Updates the drawings library as needed.
- Able to provide architectural details with minimum support from the Architect.
- Complies with drawings presentation as per project specifications and Engineering standard.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
- Education: At least Diploma (Minimum of 2 years) in Drafting /AutoCAD (Architect or Civil).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as REVIT Modelling (Architectural).
- Solid Knowledge in AutoCAD, and Architectural Software's,
- Good communications skills in English language (read, write and speak).
